About the event

Nature Therapy is scientifically proven to help people improve their health and wellbeing. For many of us when we might be feeling stressed, worried or upset getting out in nature can have a calming effect; whether it’s a walk on the beach, exploring the bush, going fishing or sitting in the garden.

Our Nature Therapy Program builds on this and allows us to help you build time into your busy schedule to focus on nothing in particular, except enjoying your time in nature and creating space to clear your thoughts.

Nature Therapy uses trained practitioners, who offer a safe space. Setting a deliberate slow pace during the session, allowing you to explore nature using all of your senses. Along the way you’ll be invited to participate in a creative hands on activity followed by an Aussie tea ceremony and light refreshments.

Everyone has things that bring stress and worries into…

Sol Synergy would like to acknowledge the GunaiKurnai people from the Bidwelli, Kroatungolung, Brabrolung, Briakolung and Bratauglung clans as the First Peoples and Custodians of this land and pay our respect to the elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island peoples of this country.

Their timeless care and connection to land, sea, sky, culture and community offers us this opportunity to connect with nature.

Sol Synergy is committed to walking alongside the GunaiKurnai people who care for the land, sea, culture and community to promote resilience, wellbeing and connection.
