Our Training & Programs

Sol Synergy offers a range of professional training and community-based programs tailored to:

Sol Synergy delivers evidence-based training in family violence and trauma. We build confident, accountable, and trauma-informed practice.

Our training is grounded in real-world experience and guided by wellbeing. It strengthens practitioner capability, supports safer systems, and empowers communities.

Inspired by nature, we believe healing and growth are interconnected. We focus on practical, culturally sensitive approaches. Our work promotes psychoeducation, empowerment, and safety.

The outcome is lasting change for professionals, organisations, and communities.

Our Mission

At Sol Synergy, we provide training, education, and support services that strengthen professional practice while empowering communities impacted by family violence and trauma.

Our professional training draws on internationally recognised, evidence-based frameworks — including the Safe & Together™ Model and the Shark Cage® Framework — to support practitioners to build safe, consistent, and accountable responses. At the same time, we prioritise worker wellbeing, sustainable practice, and trauma-informed care.

Alongside this, we deliver psychosocial education and empowerment programs for clients and community members through group workshops and one-on-one support. These programs focus on healing, self-awareness, recovery, and strengthening personal and collective resilience.

We believe real transformation happens when knowledge is shared, systems are aligned, and communities are centred. By bringing professionals and community members together, we work toward safer outcomes grounded in empowerment, care, healing, and collective strength.

Why Sol Synergy?

Our approach is holistic, relational, and empowering.

We believe meaningful systems change begins by strengthening individuals — both those delivering services and those receiving support. That’s why our work balances capability building with wellbeing, recognising that sustainable practice depends on both.

Sol Synergy is deeply committed to collaborative change. We recognise that lasting impact is only possible when sectors and services work together. Our training and workshops foster cross-agency alignment, encouraging coordinated, effective, and sustainable responses to family violence.

We don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Our programs are tailored, reflective, and responsive to the needs of people, organisations, and regions.

Sol Synergy would like to acknowledge the GunaiKurnai people from the Bidwelli, Kroatungolung, Brabrolung, Briakolung and Bratauglung clans as the First Peoples and Custodians of this land and pay our respect to the elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island peoples of this country.

Their timeless care and connection to land, sea, sky, culture and community offers us this opportunity to connect with nature.

Sol Synergy is committed to walking alongside the GunaiKurnai people who care for the land, sea, culture and community to promote resilience, wellbeing and connection.
