What is Nature Therapy?

Nature therapy recognises the vital link between our health and nature connection. There are many reasons our connection with nature, others, and ourselves can be affected.

Research indicates that immersing in nature can lower stress levels, improve the ability to regulate big emotions, boost mood, sleep, focus, creativity, optimism, and self-worth, and enhance immune system function. There is evidence around the benefits for mental health, ADHD, and another diagnosis. Nature therapy is a gentle, inclusive practice that encourages slowing down.
