Grounded and Glowing in Nature Walk- Lakes Entrance

Sol Synergy is offering guided Nature Alignment walks along the coastal bushland and beach of Lakes Entrance. Explore and enhance  your senses in the glorious natural settings in East Gippsland. Combining mindfulness, sensory and creative activities to reduce stress and improve wellbeing. Be fully immersed in the vibrant native flora, feel the sand between your fingers, enjoy a hands on art therapy activity as you listen to the symphony of bird calls and partake an Australian tea ceremony. 

Walking through costal bushlands and emerging at the ocean, this is a wonderful opportunity to relax, restore and rejuvenate. You'll get to experience a new and innovative way to prioritise your wellbeing and  learn strategies to incorporate gratitude practice into your day.    

Suitable for all fitness levels. This walks does have some stairs and will cover bush and sand pathways, travelling a gentle 2km over 1.5hrs. This walk is also suitable for children over 12yrs. Walks have limited numbers to ensure an intimate connection with nature.
