About the event

When was the last time you stopped and felt the sun on your skin, listened to the waves, the birds calling to each other, smelt the forest after the rain?? Has it been too long....

Sol Synergy is offering guided Nature Alignment walks along the coastal bushland and beach of Lakes Entrance. When our lives get busy, stressful or an event impacts us significantly, we can lose the connection with nature we need to have balance, harmony and calmness.

We invite you to take a guided walk in the forest to restore your sense of deep calm, focus on slowing down, become present and connect with nature.

Nature therapy combines mindfulness techniques and the therapeutic power of being in the natural environment. This walk is suitable for children over 12yrs. Please consider the walk has some stairs and will cover bush and sand covering, 2km over 1.5hrs.

Sol Synergy would like to acknowledge the GunaiKurnai people from the Bidwelli, Kroatungolung, Brabrolung, Briakolung and Bratauglung clans as the First Peoples and Custodians of this land and pay our respect to the elders past, present and emerging for they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hopes of the Aboriginal and Torres Straight Island peoples of this country.

Their timeless care and connection to land, sea, sky, culture and community offers us this opportunity to connect with nature.

Sol Synergy is committed to walking alongside the GunaiKurnai people who care for the land, sea, culture and community to promote resilience, wellbeing and connection.
